- Collaborative Decision-Making Agreement (CDMA) developed with 30 partners as signatories.
- Governance structure established – Collaboration Council and Steering Committee.
- Cornwall Community Hospital selected as the Fundholder for the OHT Implementation Funds.
- Consensus Decision-Making Framework developed.

- Development and submission of combined application under the name “Upper Canada, Cornwall and Area OHT”.
