French-Language Services
Winning Strategies for Serving Francophone Clients:
The project Winning strategies for serving Francophone clients aims to bring together OHT members around a set of actions to promote the active offer of services in French.
The project includes six effective and simple actions to implement by health service providers. It is also an opportunity to advance your Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Plan and your Quality Improvement Plan.
All tools are presented in an easy-to-use directory and can be downloaded from the website French Language Health Services Network of Eastern Ontario.
The project is a collaborative initiative of the Kids Come First Health Team with the Eastern Ontario Health Teams and is made possible thanks to the support of the French Language Health Services Network of Eastern Ontario, the Société Santé en français and Health Canada.

RSV Parent Fact Sheets:
The Provincial Council for Maternal and Child Health (PCMCH) has created fact sheets on the prevention of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) in infants and high-risk children. These resources can help your office to provide reliable information and guidance for parents and can be used by your staff to support the fall 2024 launch of the expanded infant and high-risk children RSV prevention program in Ontario. The fact sheet for parents is available in several languages.
Similarly, the Centre for Effective Practice (CEP) has collated various resources to help primary care clinicians navigate the new RSV Prevention Program including understanding how you can implement Beyfortus (Nirsevimab) administration in your practice.
