Adult Mental Health, Addictions and Substance Use Health Services
This single point of access for ADULTS makes it easier to find mental health, addictions and/or substance use health support, services and care.
Counselling Connect gives residents of Ottawa and the surrounding area quick access to a free phone or video individual counselling session available in English, French, Arabic or Mandarin or free mental health, addictions and substance use health support in a group setting.
Confidential, single-session counselling services on a first come, first served basis to individuals, couples and families.

Child and Youth Mental Health, Addictions and Substance Use Health Services
This single point of access for CHILDREN, YOUTHS and their FAMILIES makes it easier to find mental health, addictions and/or substance use health support, services and care.
Walk-in and talk about stress, anxiety, depression, gender identity, eating disorders, feeling judged or bullied; or get help with problems associated with substance use, addiction and gambling.
Access free, single session, counselling support for mental health support with direct referral to additional service when needed. (‘Call’ button for mobile users only)
