NEW! Navigation Webinar Series
The Social Development Council SDGCA continues to host the Community Spotlight Series, an initiative that highlights programs and services supporting individuals and families across our region.
This year, the series is expanding through a new partnership with the Great River Ontario Health Team (GR OHT) to introduce a Navigation Webinar Series focused on improving how individuals, families, and service providers find and access health, social, and community supports across the region.
Each Spotlight typically includes a brief overview of the organization, who they support, and how individuals and service providers can access or refer to their services.
These sessions help strengthen collaboration across sectors, increase awareness of available resources, and support more coordinated service navigation across our communities.
